You may have noticed a trend here... I love sweet potatoes! This is a quick and nutritional meal for those who love both tacos and avocados.



Ingredients (Serves 2)


2 Sweet Potatoes

1 Yellow Onion

2 clove of Garlic

1/4 ounce Cilantro

6.7 ounces Black Beans

1 Lime

1/2 ounce Honey

6 Flour Tortillas (Contains Wheat)

1 teaspoon Cumin

1 Avocado

4 tablespoons Sour Cream (Contains Milk)

2 tablespoons Olive Oil

Salt & Pepper
