3/4lb Golden Potatoes

2 cloves Garlic

1 bunch Kale

1 Tbsp Capers

1/4 cup Light Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Sherry Vinegar

1 Tbsp Chesapeake Spice Blend (Sweet Paprika, Celery Seed, Ground Yellow Mustard & Ground Bay Leaves)
